Success Built on Vision Learning House LLC (SBVLH)

Article 1: Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions made through the websites and platforms owned or operated by Success Built on Vision Learning House LLC (SBVLH). A “client” is defined as any individual or legal entity that places an order with SBVLH, either through our secure online platform or by alternate means such as check, cash, or invoice.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions
Age requirements apply as follows:

Physical and digital products: Clients must be at least 16 years old.
Services (e.g., coaching, workshops, seminars): Clients must be 18 years old or older.

While our content is not inappropriate for minors, we aim to serve a mature audience capable of understanding and engaging with topics related to business, leadership, and personal development.

Any customer found not meeting these criteria will be refunded, and if applicable, product returns will be required. Individuals under 16 who sign up for any of our email lists will be promptly removed upon discovery.

Article 2: Orders
Placing an order on any website or platform operated by SBVLH constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions without exception.

Article 3: Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may not include applicable sales tax or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price charged will be the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, including for pre-orders. We accept major U.S.-issued credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). American Express may be excluded in certain cases.

Secure payment processing is provided through Stripe. All payment data is encrypted and handled securely. SBVLH is not responsible for any breach in Stripe’s systems, and all liability regarding payment security rests with the payment processor.

Article 5: Delivery
Products and services will be delivered to the shipping address or email address you provide at checkout. SBVLH is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the product has shipped or digital access has been granted. In the event of delivery issues or lost items, we will work with you to either reissue or refund the order in accordance with our warranty or return policy.

Article 6: Personal Data Protection
SBVLH complies with all relevant U.S. data privacy regulations. By purchasing from or interacting with our websites, you agree to our privacy practices and consent to the collection and use of your information for communication, order fulfillment, and marketing purposes.

Article 7: Applicable Law
These terms and all transactions conducted with SBVLH shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
